Lesson fees must be paid in full before the start date of the lesson. Membership fees must be paid in full before enrolling in ongoing lessons. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, cash, or other methods approved by Kyoto International Language Academy.

5. Lesson Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to change lesson dates, times, or instructors. If a course is canceled, we will offer a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative lesson.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Kyoto International Language Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without express permission.

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, is an integral part of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
